Remo JO-1521-72-SN003 15" Katsugi Okedaiko w/ Bachi Sticks, Samurai Dream Finish

The Remo Katsugi Okedaiko features controlled warm tones and an elegantly finished drum shell with contemporary Japanese artwork. This traditional drum uses a lightweight Acousticon drum shell and a tuneable, synthetic Skyndeep drumhead. Tighten the 3/8" rope to raise the pitch, or loosen it to lower. The Japanese term Katsugi means "to carry." The lightweight Katsugi Okedaiko is easily slung over the shoulder and played using two Bachi sticks for this unique style of traditional Japanese drumming.
