The Ludwig Ultimate Series of Marching Tenors are built with all maple shells and lightweight aluminum hardware.
The shells are 6-ply 100% North American Maple with a 5-ply maple reinforcement ring. 45-degree hand-sanded bearing edge with an inner 1/8" round over to ensure proper head seating.
The lightweight aluminum hardware and 2.3mm steel hoops maintain Ludwig's signature look while being built to withstand the most demanding conditions.
