JG Percussion American A1 Timpani Mallets

Using the highest quality natural and synthetic materials, JGpercussion is proud to present the finest mallets available. Each pair is sewn by hand with high-quality American and German Felt, and each mallet is handmade by JGpercussion.
 
Inspired by a proud tradition of great American timpanists, this series features the finest quality hand-selected bamboo and hand-turned hickory shafts. Our hickory shafts are slightly longer and fuller, for more tone and better balance. Models with bamboo shafts are constructed with bamboo that is 15 inches long and 12mm in diameter. Models made with hickory shafts are 13.75 inches long. Light and clean – for a distinctly American sound.
The A1 American Series Mallet features:
Bamboo shafts, wood core covered with hard American felt. Excellent for extreme rhythm, point and articulation with a bright tone.
