The Black Swamp Mercury SoundArt SA414TDT 14x4" Titanium Elite Snare Drum is inherently crisp and articulate, but retains a pleasing warmth that will surprise and delight your ears. On a BSP Mercury Titanium, every note your play will speak with amazing clarity, but will have tone and dimension. The 4" x 14" size has an usually large usable tuning range for such a shallow drum.  
All the hardware holes are cut by laser, and we then craft the bearing edges and satin finish by hand. Truly a fabulous instrument with a huge tuning range to add to your drum collection.
The Mercury Series drums are designed for the ultimate in clarity and articulation. While these drums are excellent for the audition circuit, they are also versatile enough to find regular use on the snare stand.  
The SoundArt Snare System works as a cohesive unit and blends the 3 systems together for a consistent tonal and dynamic  response at all playing levels. This system is precisely machined in the USA from aircraft grade aluminum.
