Yamaha's Tour Custom drums are equipped to meet the demands of the working drummer. 100% all-maple shells give Tour Custom drums their warm, bright tone. These shells are designed with a 6 ply-5.6 mm / 45 degree bearing edge that adds tonal depth and quick response to provide just the right amount of sustain. Tour Custom drums play well in any musical style.

Yamaha's Inverse DynaHoop helps to control the natural overtones inherent in maple shell drums. This focuses the fundamental tone of the shell. Paired with the innovative YESS mount tom-mounting system, these shells vibrate freely creating a wider dynamic range and a longer sustain.

Tour Custom drums come in 2 different shell pack configurations with add-on snare drums and toms avaialble for purchase seperately. The pictured finish is Chocolate Satin. 4 additional, mouth watering, dessert themed satin finishes are available (Butterscotch, Caramel, Candy Apple and Licorice... who's hungry?).
