Join West Music at the Iowa Wurst Brass Festival on June 13 & 14! With a long-running history, the toe-tapping, bratworst-loving, brass-blaring festival is back for 2025.

Hosted by Iowa Brass, this one-of-a-kind festival brings together top brass bands from across the country — all set against the festive backdrop of Amana’s famous Wurst Festival.

Friday, June 13 – Wurst Friday March Music Competition
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM | Free Admission
Inspired by the UK’s legendary Whit Friday tradition!

Bands perform at various outdoor venues across Amana
Judges score performances on the spot

Saturday, June 14 – Wurst Brass Festival
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | $5 Admission

Festhalle Barn Stage – Full brass bands all day
Special Guest Emcee: Justin Roberts!
Millstream Brewing Co. Stage – Smaller brass ensembles all day
