Helpful Tips when preparing a bid or quote request

We want to be your source for the best possible products and prices for your bid package. Follow these tips below to help us get you the information you need in a timely manner:

• When requesting a bid, please provide as much detail as possible. Include the brand, model number, and a description if possible.
• We always try to prepare bids and quotes as quickly possible. Our bid/quote process can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks but we will respond to your email request within 1-2 business days. If you need a quote even sooner, please call us at 1-866-849-4387.
• When you have made a decision on the bid or quote and are ready to order, please reference the bid/quote number on your purchase order or check. It will help us match the payment to the original quote we put together for you.
• Percussion Source is a division of West Music. We operate under the same Tax ID number. So if West Music is already set up as a vendor in your system, we are good to go!
