The Schlagwerk Infinity Gongs are a unique experience in meditation, sound, and music therapy. The Earth Infinity Gong oscillates at 136.1 Hz, The Earth Tone or Year Tone, OM.
Once struck, the fundamental tone with the overtone spectrum can be heard. However, the overtones quickly fade out, and the fundamental takes over while gradually beginning to pulsate.
The Year Tone represents the time (365.25 days) it takes the earth to revolve around the sun. The year tone has a special effect on the heart. It is said to aid in managing everyday stress, bringing one's energy back into a healthy flow.
