The Remo Tar-Rine tambourine features the bright, high-pitched tones of a traditional tar with the open resonance of a tambourine. Designed with legendary frame drummer Layne Redmond, the Tar-Rine is constructed with an Acousticon shell and a pre-tuned Renaissance drumhead. Five double rows of heavy gauge German silver jingles produce a lively tone. A thumb cutout provides a more comfortable and well-balanced feel. Ideal for Middle Eastern drumming applications.
