The V-tanium™ shell is the first true titanium/wood hybrid and the first drum to mix veneer and titanium for a truly innovative look. The titanium shell is veneered with a highly specialized type of real wood veneer that is barely .015" thin. The veneer adds barely a hint of woody flavor to the drum without affecting the resonance or character of our titanium shells. This is a super lively and active drum.
V-Tanium shells can be made with the following wood veneers (Please indicate veneer selection in order comments:)
- Figured Anigre
- Birdseye Maple
- Zebrawood
- Sapele Pommele
