A shopper asked: For a junior high/high school concert band, which type of conga stand is better - this single one or the ones that hook both together to a tubular metal stand? Jan 3, 2012

Adam BStaff: Both have their advantages. For a school setting the single stands are nice because you can split the drums up easier to have more students playing. They are also easier to travel with because they are light weight and you have the option of just taking one or two.

Unless you get the tubular stand with wheels, they are a little tougher to move. They are heavy duty stands, but you do not have the ability to split the drums up easily.
