It’s as easy as cymbals, triangle, and tambourine. Most sections sound good on the big three instruments of snare drum, keyboard, and timpani, but a noticeably deficient area the Triangle, Cymbals, and Tambourine. A strong majority of students attending district and regional events have not been educated on the proper playing techniques of these percussion instruments. Considering these instruments are almost always used, we must develop a way to ensure proper preparation of our students. |
