You probably got to this page because you were visiting the Percussion Source site looking for great deals on sticks or cymbals or drums--or whatever else is cool and goes crash boom bang--and wandered into this part of the site. We are glad you did.

Obviously the Percussion Source has been able to hang around more than 10 years in the highly competitive business of selling most things percussion by offering quality products at great prices. But great prices weren't and aren't the only things that people expect when they shop the PS, and most importantly, they aren't the only things that the PS cares about. Anybody can sell you stick XYZ for two cents less than somebody else. Part of the Percussion Source experience is the understanding that you might actually find out WHY you want stick XYZ vs. stick ABC (or if you are in the know already, you can talk with someone else who knows what stick XYZ is used for).

In short, knowledge-based customer service is one of the ways we try and connect with and help our customers every day.

That's one of the reasons this Anthology part of the site is here for you to wander into. We want to be there when you have a question.
